Monday, Monday

A very playable card- I see a lot of value, especially early. Good luck.

$10K guaranteed Pick 4 with a 14% takeout (the pool has been in the $17-18K range most recent nights, btw)

The play:
34567/256/69/5=$30
all/5/6/45=$18

Analysis:
Race 8: A wide open affair. If not for the $50 limit I self-impose, I would simply have hit all, a $54 play, and hoped for a longshot.
Race 9: 5) Mainline Hall appears the nest on paper, but if 2)Scoozi can trip out, he becomes a factor. 6) Dm Fatboy Slim may be too far outside to contend
Race 10: 6) Sf Dynamite cruised in his local debut-ignore Stahl choosing off, he always goes to the Hamlet/Osborne horses 9) Cruise On Osborne may have met his match here, but must be used
Race 11: 5) Spit Happens has dominated in recent Northfield appearances. 4) Australian Stock is a nice horse who has had trouble with Northfield's surface in the past. I have to throw him on a few tickets as a "just in case."

Here are comments on the entire card:
Race 1: 6 Dynamic Thomas- They gave $4700 for him at Delaware, they must like him; 1 Bo Belle- Tired after a good 1st half in the Q, these won’t go :58; 5 Our Best Boy- Has picked up two checks in two starts and may improve.
Race 2: 7 Nascart- Stahl’s choice has done more work more consistently that the ML fave; 5 Big Valley- Inconsistent, but contends with his best; 1 Inquisitive Me- Fresh hands angle, and the rail doesn’t hurt.
Race 3: 2 Wild Pitch- Appears to be best with the inside draw; 1 Mr Bing- Was bet way down last time and raced well; 9 Swivel Hips- Ammon is a good trotting guy, and this one may step up, but 2nd tier is an issue.
Race 4: 5 Heza Firecracker- Has leveled against better, bus has had excuses; 1 Sleek Fish- Tends to make hard trips for himself, maybe not this time from the rail; 2 Sometimes Eternal- Class dropper may need one more start, but ignore at your peril; 6 Dm Ion- Moves up with a positive form cycle.
Race 5: 5 Wyatt- Very sharp and Noble picked over the rail horse; 6 One Sharp Spur- Always does work at Northfield and may add value; 3 Master Wheels- Best post in a couple months, can earn minor honors.

Race 6: 3 Rd Rustler- Just a hunch he steps up with Aaron driving; 4 Lrs Mamas Boy- Has raced well since Delaware purchase by Stahl, et al; 9 Cousin Mikey- Third back and has been racing well since the scratch.

Race 7: 4 Gordieisanartist- Has been highly competitive with better, Pick 5 single? 1 Bodandy Andy- Needs to finish his mile; 5 Soul Redeemer- Has had success with Aaron in the past and is racing well; 7 At Daybreak- Best of the rest, post is my issue.

Race 8: 5 Jenna’s Dream- Very consistent and now gets Charlino; 3 Sharp Shuttle- Has also been solid and he gets his best draw in two months; 4 Forever Friendly- Just as professional as they come. Always consider.

Race 9: 5 Mainline Hall- Was very game in his last win, watch the video; 2 Scoozi- Can get the stalking trip he needs here; 6 Dm Fatboy Slim- Fits with his best, but too many questions for me.
]
Race 10: 6 S F Dynamite- Stahl choosing off means little, impressed in local debut; 9 Cruise On Osborne- Love this horse, but #6 appears tougher; 4 Category Six- Draws inside the other speed and is better on the point; 2 Show me Big Slick- Has tons of ability, but also has issues. He has been freshened, yet again.

Race 11: 5 Spit Happens- Dominated last time here in this class; 4 Australian Stock- Doesn’t always race well here, but current form means he’s a must use; 2 Catherinethegreat- Has leveled some, but she fits with inside draw.

Race 12: 3 Winter Cruise- Has been improving and now gets class relief; 9 Fancy Schmansy- Gets fresh hands in Noble; 4 Mr Kite- Third start back and could be ready for a big effort.

Race 13: 1 Buzz Hershey- Class relief and the rail should be the ticket, not that Charlino hurts; 5 Winter’s Finali- Aaron chose over #3 and #4; 4 Laughing Is An Art- Seems to be improving a bit and has back class, but no Aaron; 2 Ben’s Big Bird- Only knock is Noble choosing offm I will disagree;
