Friday on My Mind (The Easybeats)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBJLoYd8xak

Tonight I'll spend my bread, tonight I'll lose my head.

A very playable card. I will be packing up for a trip to Vernon Downs and Tioga Downs as the Handicapping Herpetologist, so I won't have a chance to play the card, but good luck!

Race 1: 4 Date Worthy- Not 100% convinced, but appears best on paper; 6 Rockin H Winnie- Gets class relief and Kurt chose over #1, who figures; 1 High Heels N Spurs- Consistent performer gets fresh hands here.

Race 2: 2 Anns Win’n Design- If you want to try to beat the fave, why not do it with a longshot? 6 Medoland Kendall- Can’t put her on top off a sick scratch and month off; 1 Cooby N- May be able to hang around from the rail.

Race 3: 3 Getherdone Sue- Slight call in a well-matched group; 6 Darting Larkin- Moves up, but does it in a positive form cycle; 2 Sunrise Sunset- Has been doing good work and now gets her nose on the gate.

Race 4: 6 Deena- Third back and seems the best of these; 2 Miss Port Foal Leo- Gets class relief and hasn’t been racing badly; 7 Jimi’s Little Wing- Another class dropper, but she needs to overcome a bad draw; 1 Sara’s Lil Sis- Just so I can say, Rachel had a choice of this one or the #9.

Race 5: 8 Osborne’s Gypsy- Even with the snowman, she is the solid play here; 9 Caribean Cruise- Should get a good trip behind Nutmeg; 5 Moira’s Bliss- The dark horse here, not sure how she fits, but nothing will surprise me.

Race 6: 9 Stox Up Bluegrass- Lukewarm call at best off a good broken equipment effort; 1 My My Marie- Well-connected and should still go forward; 5 Eradikate- Big improvement in last and youngster can still improve.

Race 7: 2 Storms Never Last- As consistent as they come and Wyatt chose over #3, who I really like here; 3 Admiral’s Diamond- May still be Sugg-cessful with 2nd choice driver; 1 I Am Samsational- Faces softer and may be sitting on a big mile; 5 Doowrah Silver- Has been impressive of late.

Race 8: 1 Dontevenknowmyname- Massive class relief and has gate speed; 5 One Starry Night- Took care of business last time, don’t ignore; 4 S F Spiderman- Barn change and may be in search of proper classification.

Race 9: 6 Cruisin Delight- Third back and gets the call with a drop to the new bottom; 3 Better Hustle- Usually does work, but must sustain it here; 8 Silky Sailor- Really like this mare, really hate her post draw.

Race 10: 1 Jessies Band- Racing well against some sharp winners; 9 Moira’s Intended- Racing well against lesser. Can she step up? 4 Dreamfair Frannie- Lasix seems to be helping, but she needs to show more; 2 Queen Aliceanna- Would like her a lot better if she wasn’t coming off a sick scratch.

Race 11: 3 Master Lad Pro- If it wasn’t for bad luck, he would have no luck at all; 4 Mom’s Looker- Needs to catch a breather and may not in this mile; 2 Done It All- Improving for pork chop and Marty, how good is he really?

Race 12: 1 Towner’s Big Sadie- She’s 0-19 this year, but Stahl chose over #5 and #7, so… 4 Happy Occasion- inconsistent, but fits with her best; 5 Sassy Susie- May be able to contend for Racy Rachel.

Race 13: 1 Princessoftheball- Third back and can handle these after her last stalking win; 5 Lima Adore- Moves up, but is improving with Lasix; 6 She’sa Town Girl- Drops back down a bit, which makes her a player; 7 Jj’s Request- Harvey is heating things up of late and this way I don’t have to hit the all button.
