Monday feels like Saturday these days.

Saturday night horses racing on Monday for the next two months. I like it.

$10K Guaranteed Pick 4 with 14% Takeout

The play:
34/2/all/2= $18 and
34/all/6/2=$18 Total play $36

Analysis- Pretty simple. Hoping to get lucky with some prices (actually a price in leg 2 or 3. Good luck.

Race 1: 3 Mega Man- First starter will be prepped for the half-mile oval; 1 Next Chip- Should be better from inside, especially with straps; 4 Macao- Got much needed experience in what appears to be a flat line in debut.
Race 2: 1 Bodandy Andy- It’s all about post in this one. He gets the best, that makes him best; 4 Blue My Mind- Solid contender after an outside draw last time; Gordieisanartist- Needs to step things up.
Race 3: 5 Forever Friendly- Only because Noble picked him, has been close lately; 2 Go Cowboy Go- My original pick gets bumped based on the Noble choice; 4 Next Idol- Drops to the level of his last win.
Race 4: 4 Backbeat Hall- Showed signs of waking up last time, but risky; 6 Little Gary Perry- May need a start after two tiring Q efforts; 3 Salteas Sanjay- Was game until very late in the mile last time; 1 Sky Strikes- Worth a flyer against these from the rail.

Race 5: 1 Ken Ubr Dream- Not sure I agree that there was “no excuse.” 4 Three Five Seven- In his best form of the last two years; 7 Crown Time Rambo- Appears to be improving and may surprise.

Race 6: 9 Brother Nick- Super sharp right now and post is no obstacle to his style; 7 Benn’s Thunder-Josh picked him and he is almost as sharp and my to pick; 8 Iknowwhatboyslike- Love the horse, hate the post. Simple.

Race 7: 7 Intrepid Orion- Longshot special, Charlino chose over #1 and #4 who both figure on paper; 1 Supreme Ruler- Was my top pick until he wasn’t Daniel’s; 2 S F Stampede- Has a chance if robin leaves; 3 Dr Jacks Shack- Went forward first time Aaron, will need to deal with a big jump in class.

Race 8: 3 Gramma’s Guy- Was my second choice until the driver choices came out; 9 Shackleton Hanover- Drops on my ticket, sans Dan; 4 Gina Marie P- A worker, which makes her worthy of consideration.

Race 9: 2 Worries Stay Small- Raced well here in Lasix debut; 6 Cruisinfullthrottle- Had him on to with Aaron driving; 9 Sharp Shuttle- Usually races well, but can be a victim of trip and pace.

Race 10: 6 Jackson One- Can upset these with a good trip and two moves; 3 Red White And Crue- Snowman cost him any chance, pitch the last line; 1 Jenna’s Dream- Gets the rail and Grismore chose over Kinnick; 8 Gordie How- Not sure he can overcome the snowman here, but is racing very well.

Race 11: 2 Category Six- Moves up a bit, but draws well and keeps Aaron; 1 Whiteascanbe- Needed the last start and has always raced well inside; 4 Shannons Boy Scout- Gets another chance in (for him) rarefied air.

Race 12: 2 Scoozi- Outdraws the other major players; 7 Pan Au Chocolat- Tired off blistering fractions but gets fresh hands here; 3 Pembroke Touch- Moves up and can contend if he steers.

Race 13: 9 Race Track Cruiser- NW1L8 gets my lukewarm call; 7 Winter’s Finali- Rachel K. to Aaron M. may pick him up slightly; 3 Green Acres Pill- Horse is a tease, but must be considered; 1 Heez Ruthless N- Classy old guy can get a small piece from the rail.
