Race 1: 2 Constantinoble- Should be Sugg-cessful with this post draw; 5 Oaks Enforcer- Tons of back class & racing well at this level; 3 Doowrah’s Trifold- Moves up in a 3rd back effort.
Race 2: 5 Cruisin Delight- Kurt chose this one over the 7, my initial pick; 7 Artistic Tribute- Undefeated locally with a tag this year; 3 Michello- Gets fresh hands in Ryan’s absence.
Race 3: 2 Try To Relax- Needs to relax through the first turn then roll to the front; 9 He’s Fulla Chip- Needs to do a bit more, but racing well; 1 Country Parson- Contends with a flat mile.
Race 4: 3 Saltea’s Samjay- The win in his last was against some very good ones; 6 Mainline Hall- Best draw in almost a month, ha ha; 9 Heez Ruthless N- Sam calls on a catch-driver, classic fresh-hands angle; 1 Lima Ritch- Big effort in last, first time with Kurt driving.
Race 5: 1 Mysterious Speed- Game effort in last, pressured throughout and nearly lasted, tons of back class; 2 Fugeddaboudit- Third back off two decent efforts for the Burton flash; 9 Mj’s Fortune- Could be just about anything in this soft, don’t dismiss.
Race 6: 1 Candygram Sam- Stalker gets the rail & looms large here; 2 New York Matts- Raced far better than line looks after the “I” in last; 4 Eza Rich King- 2nd start back and should be better.
Race 7: 4 Left’em Standing- Second time Lasix and seems to fit with this draw; 1 Lima Jag- Raced a bit better with Wyatt driving last time; 6 Sheza Crusier- Tye is back in the bike, not sure how that will change things; 3 Sabastian Seacreast- Undefeated in 2K10.
Race 8: 6 Dublin Dollars- Four very good efforts in last six (other two were very bad); 9 Rose Run Freddie- Has contended at this level with John G, gets Kurt here; 2 Prime Number- Rounding back into a bit of form, consider.
Race 9: 5 Goin Home Ray- Tough trip in last, still did good work; 4 Shady Sequel- Has been freshened & may surprise; 3 Rich Man Poor Man- Must use in the exotics, always hangs around.
Race 10: 3 Spur’s Arturo- Moves up in exceptional form for the linebacker; 2 Sky Strikes- Up a bit from his best level, but certainly can contend with his best; 4 Up Front Andre- Paying the price for some tough trips; 7 Ron Jeremy- Write your own punch line for the classy veteran.
Race 11: 1 Count Till Dawn- Steps up and seems to be getting better; 7 Jessesjo- Outside post will hurt, and breaks are an issue; 4 Lookslikefire- Sophomore has ability, but must do more.
Race 12: 2 Brother Bud- 3rd back and class relief off a monstrous effort; 9 Slippery Phil- Shows decent lines in this class; 1 Dragon Rider- Class dropper has drawn poorly lately, can contend
Race 13: 9 Trytopass Sam- As consistent as any horse at this racetrack right now; 1 Call Me Merkle- Will be forward early and Robin can keep him alive; 6 Mickey Deez- Has teased since arriving. Hard to play with Clair driving.
Race 14: 3 Im A Rustler Too- Back in barn where he began his career, plus had a good Q; 2 Aquestionoftime A- Back class, but I need to see him on a 1/2-mile oval; 5 Snappy Sport- Pack animal finds some good results; 7 Odds On R J- Maybe this driver can get something from him.
