Wacky Wednesday with a $10K Guaranteed Pick Four

Apparently I missed the announcement last week about the added guarantee. Great move and makes sense with Saturday's going away after the April 30 Courageous Lady.

Pick Four-play: 46/13467/193/9= $30
and a 46/36/139/4= $13 (saver ticket)

Analysis:
Race 8: 6)Ideal Ticket was very good against lesser with Noble three back and 4) Ge's Antonio is one of those teasers you just have to use

Race 9: Wide open group of nice young trotters. 3) Anastasia Wildfire can be her own worst enemy at times, 6)Brewing Master may need a start and I don't know what his stakes calendar looks like. These are young 'uns that can step up at any time, so I have to add a few more.

Race 10: The $2500 claimers, 1) Phagus Hall and 9) Toronado Mindale are only moving up in class nominally. The claimers are tougher than this group. Fancy Schmansy is another Millner/Kash horse that will bite you if you ignore him

Race 11: 9 Lookslikefire- Playing Kurt Sugg's choice over #1 and #8, who both figure, but since I have budget left, let's p[lay a saver with Legacy Chip, the 34, a solid claimer who is a threat every out.

Race 1: 6 Wild Nordic- Drops to the level of a very good last win, but may get stung early; 4 Just Walter- Another class-dropper, but he has regressed since the claim; 2 Come Along Fred- Very consistent worker can’t be ignored.

Race 2: 7 Captain Korki- Risky off the break and outside draw, but seems best with a flat mile; 2 Llc- Monster effort last time for this one; 3 Redzilla- Just keeps hanging around and picking up checks. Will explode one day.

Race 3: 9 Cmybest- We saw it Friday to get the Eligible-at-time-of-entry angle; 5 Matt-scoot-n-bunny- Must be considered with Noble driving; 4 Deena- the drop to this level seemed to wake her up a bit.

Race 4: 3 Up Front Northern- Was competitive with better and just missed on the drop; 4 Beach Brawn- Good first
back and should go forward in this one; 5 Capricious Art- Tough trip from the Snowman, another chance here; 1
Doowrah’s Trifold- Drops back to the level of two pretty good efforts five and six back.

Race 5: 2 Fiesty Kind Of Luv- Has always been streaky and form is good right now; 1 Gate Keeper- Beat these last
time and the rail helps; 6 Oceana Hanover- They opened it up for her and she should contend at this level.

Race 6: 6 Dm Fatboy Slim- Stahl line two back gives him the call in an iffy bunch; 3 Spur’s Antonio- Tends to contend from inside posts; 9 Liltycantbedenied- Inconsistent form, but can be Swift with his best.

Race 7: 2 Drop Of Nutmeg- Another ETE horse who is waking up big-time; 1 Jimi’s Little Wing- Noble- John G. combo is solid and this one likes the Flying Turns; 4 Get Ready To Rhumba- Should be better with Stahl and a start over the oval; 9 Bullys Joni- No threat, but a must use on the bottom of your exotics, imho.

Race 8: 6 Ideal Ticket- Noble-J.G. and a winner last time they combined; 4 Ge’s Antonio- Josh’s barn choice just isn’t winning races, maybe tonight? 7 Pee Wee Scooter- Third back, but post is an issue.

Race 9: 3 Anastasia Wildfire- sometimes beats herself, but gets the call in a good group; 6 Brewing Master- Very solid freshman may want a start as a soph; 1 Lofty Jailbird- Impressed in seasonal debut & will be forward early.

Race 10: 1 Phagus Hall- As consistent as they come, and this field is no tougher than the claimers; 9 Toronado Mindale- Second tier knocks him down to second choice; 3 Fancy Schmansy- Contends, but it’s been a while since he has won at this level; 5 Roman Knows Best- Established pack animal can wrap this ticket.

Race 11: 9 Lookslikefire- Kurt’s choice over #1 and #8 raced well in 2k11 debut; 4 Legacy Chip- Solid claimer cannot be ignored; 1 Count Dracula- Returns to his old stomping grounds and may taste blood tonight.

Race 12: 1 Crown Time Rambo- Impressive win before the side-trip to Michigan; 3 Currently Flying- Doesn’t win much, but always hangs around; 9 Eclipse Seelster- Raced well after missing time to a sick scratch.
Race 13: 1 Moira’s Intended- ETE and the rail off a win with a break, jogburger; 2 Candy Apple Miss- I’ve always liked her but she hasn’t shown much lately; 3 Stand Out Girl- Awful of late, but does get Noble; 8 Medoland Kendall- I’d like her a lot more if she hadn’t drawn the snowman.
