A night to watch the board carefully- look for early money on some of these animals and beware of one overwhelming favorite in from the Meadows. Good luck!
Race 1: 7 Wild Nordic- Has a bit of back class and usually does some work; 6 Chip Chip Tbau- Class dropper has Green listed, mmm? 1 Super Scot- Should be decent from the rail
Race 2: 6 Labyrinth- Glory Bound’s lil half bro was huge in last start; 7 Pray To Me- 8 of 13 on the board, bad post; 5 Sam’s Princess- Was okay in local debut, not feeling the ML fave call.
Race 3: 2 Pembroke Sunny- Races well when drawing well, he does, he should; 6 Royal Cam Osborne- With her mom, she’ll start racing better on DNA alone; 9 Game Danica- Inconsistent.
Race 4: 2 Clarksville Jazz- Drops below the level of his last win, but still a lukewarm pick; 4 Youaretheonlyone- Will need to do more to repeat; 3 Doowrah Silver- Back at her best level, methinks; 1 Zim and Torre- Rail should help this one considerably. But didn’t last time.
Race 5: 2 Smok’n Coalburner- Hard to believe he is 0-fer-2K10; 1 Lucky Job- Needed that last start, could upset; 9 Tropicante- May be better with Aaron, but current form is suspect.
Race 6: 7 Towner’s Greatlady- Multiple class relief, but still has to finish her mile; Lady Louise- Marvin calls on a catch driver, hint, hint; 9 Naught Maude- Does good work, but at bad times.
Race 7: 6 Jack Maverick- Racing very well & Merriman doesn’t hurt anything but the price; 3 Hanko Merit- Can hang with my top pick; 2 Big Guy’s Serve- Should be pretty good from post two; 8 Native Fate- Miserable trip last time & this one may be no better from the snowman.
Race 8: 3 Diehl’s Deal- As sharp as he is, shouldn’t miss a beat, up off the claim; 7 Filly Power- Has faced better in her last 3, consider; 9 Fiesty Lindof Luv- Streaky and racing well now.
Race 9: 1 Sassy Susie- Consistent and may get win #3; 6 Misty Sue- Was much better in last, Lasix helping? 9 Lilly More Power- Needs to finish stronger, but can hang around with these.
Race 10: 4 Pembroke Touch- Moves up and I don’t think we’ve seen everything from him yet; 1 Here’s Hooter- May be ready at first asking off that Q; 9 Currently Flying- Not a winner, but a must use in all exotics; 3 Tooter Lane- Back from Batavia and at a competitive level.
Race 11: 6 Inquisitve Me- 3rd back and just missed in first two, tougher draw here; 3 Robin Dontget- On the board in 5 of last 6, must use; 8 Next Idol- Really like him really dislike his post.
Race 12: 4 Dragon Rider- Class dropper may show more; 3 Jennys Spirit- Needs to sustain her work better; 9 Samovar Hanover- Winless in ’10 and will be way overbet, caveat emptor.
Race 13: 6 Bigaffairintown- Way too many question marks here, so why not? 4 French Worker- Does the break worry you? 1 Molly Ref- Inconsistent, but contends with her best; 3 Coluptuous- As far inside as she has been in months.
