Well, soccer season has come to a heartbreaking end. A 1-0 loss in the distrcit final. The good news is that I will be able to start spending more time on my 'capping and giving y'all better analysis. I am ont he air Monday, but probably from the palatial Dave Bianconi studios. Good luck!
Race 1: 9 Heavenly Chip- Improving and seems to get a soft spot; 3 Shaika Gabe- Does work, needs to trip out; 6 Doitsuccessfully- Gets a claiming tag and may step up.
Race 2: 4 Blue Rock Trixie- Most consistent of these; 3 Mattie’s Big Girl- Usually does some work, needs a better trip; 1 I’ve Had Better- Off a sick scratch, but does get the rail.
Race 3: 3 Betta Ona Freddie- Just a hunch he will improve; 5 Miss Debron- Gets class relief here; 1 Chip Chat- Could be just about anything, let’s take a flyer.
Race 4: 2 Varitek- Still not finishing as well as I would like, but may be the best here; 9 Travolta- Charlino said “You’re the one that I want.” 6 Gold Fever- Has been facing better, but showing little; 4 Coin Of The Realm- Dan Kennedy is hot, % behind only Charlino over last 8 cards.
Race 5: 1 On The Shady Side- Good qualifiers earn a call off 2-year-layoff; 3 Eclipse Seelster- Has improved w/Lasix, consider; 7 Sadies Sweet Dream- Does work, needs a timely move.
Race 6: 7 Clayton Delaney- Has been solid and should overcome the bad draw; 6 Red Raider- Inconsistent, but fits with his best; 5 Actions By Chip- Raced bi for Charlino three back.
Race 7: 5 Pan Au Chocalat- Faces better but is super sharp; 1 Roman Knows Best- Beat similar last time and gets the rail; 4 Cousin Mikey- Contending with better elsewhere; 2 Slide Lock- Old guy gets Charlino in the bike for career start #199.
Race 8: 4 Buckeye Jesse- Needs to step up, but this is an, umm, interesting group; 3 That Sam I Like- Has been a tease and owes me money; 2 Oh Heather- Depends on which one shows up.
Race 9: 3 Hustlindlux- Racing well on the powerful Indiana fair circuit; 9 He Too Shall Pass- Third start back & beat these last time; 1 Imahonkyconchman- Will be forward early, can he last.
Race 10: 3 Western Hoss- Did work in two of his last three and drops; 6 Mcarty- Raced well for Charlino two back; 9 Town Goal- Can be his own worst enemy, but two fast quallies; 4 Ts’s Sharpshooter- Can wrap the exotics off his best effort…if we get it.
Race 11: 6 Lookslikefire- Gets a slight call in a very competitive group; 1 Chip’s Shadow- Rail will help this speedster; 8 Mr Sam- May be the best horse, not sure he can overcome snowman.
Race 12: 4 Big Head Hundreds- First competitive draw since Lasix, but 0-29 this year; 5 Ginnsydoodledandy- 2nd time Lasix; 2 That’s Right Rd- May be tighter after last week, maybe?
Race 13: 2 Tough Bow Min- Drops to the level of his last win, just four back; 6 E C K- Can be on the ticket easily; 5 Rich Man Poor Man- Usually gives effort, bottom of the ticket kind of horse; 8 Mister Bruinski- Not sure he is the superior animal who can win form the eight hole.
