A different kind of Friday

Basking in the glow of Saturday's Courageous Lady, where we had lots of winner sincludign Sand Windsor $11.40 in the big race and Muhammad Ali N for over $10 in the 13th, we get back to grinding things out. No live racing Monday, so we have some mixed and combined classes tonight and Staurday. Read your program carefully. Good luck!

Race 1: 6 Just Another Photo- Has done a bit of work against better & gets a double drop; 4 Air Louie- Will be favored off a double drop, look to value; 2 Chili Chonga- Sets up well with Robin.

Race 2: 4 Trytopass Sam- Impressive lifetime best win last time; 1 Tropicante- The main threat if he trots; 5 Fortune King- Post helped him post a lifetime best in last, tougher here.

Race 3: 8 Silvers Luck- Snowman is tough to overcome, but you have to ride the win streak; 3 Icu Roller- Should be better at this level; 4 Silky Sailor- We have a Renaldo Morales III sighting!

Race 4: 6 Envy- Tough trips in her last couple, but may handle this interesting mix; 9 Gram of Gold- Second tier will be an issue for the horse and her Pompano-shipping driver; 3 On The Money- Should contend, even without Charlino; 1 Sara’s Lil Sis- Some chance from the rail.

Race 5: 5 Weekie Wachie- Slight call in a good group for this class; 1 Shez Good Osborne- 3rd back and the rail for the solid sophomore filly; 4 Cora’s Grace- Freshened and has some class.

Race 6: 3 Oceana Hanover- Has always raced well at this level, consider; 5 Km Dream Kat- Awful trip last time, can improve; 2 Viking Mia- Gets Stahl with no Sugg tonight and can contend.

Race 7: 5 Raider Time- Gets Aaron which should get her home in this cheap; 1 Laffy Taffy- Can do better than she has been from the rail; 2 Deena- Third back and finally a post draw; 7 Belladonna Cam- Freshened and shows a good qualifier.

Race 8: 9 Whoville- Drops to the level of her last win, which came from the nine-hole; 1 Quite A Shark- Has been very consistent and has some speed; 2 Ms Pattack- First time Charlino angle.

Race 9: 9 Zest Express- Risky call that may pay off with The Auctioneer in the bike, not sure how horse will handle the 2nd tier; 6 Count On Kate- Giss’s former catch driver pilots a nice filly he trains; 2 Ben’s Pass- 2nd start back off a 4-year layoff. He should be fresh & ready for Henry.

Race 10: 5 Jenabell- Has been doing very nice work and figures here; 7 Funny Lena- Faces tougher, but owner/driver Stahl has a nice one here; 4 Precious Lass- Moves up off a lifetime best win; 1 Alhambra Bokay- Fits with a flat mile and Wyers adds value from the rail.

Race 11: 3 Shelbys Muneymaker- 16 of 19 1st or 2nd puts her atop my ticket; 5 Robinmeblind- Returns to Northfield and has been facing some good ones; 6 Emma Rose Been- Very consistent and a must use in the trifecta.

Race 12: 4 Radiant Star- Moves up off a good first time Charlino effort; 7 Hurricane Kelsey- May be the bets in here, can she overcome PP7? 6 Swift Samantha – Improving form cycle.

Race 13: 3 Theresa’s Princess- Recent form is suspect, but Aaron may change that; 2 She’s All Country- Better draw for a Stahl/Melloy angle here; 7 Scooters Clan- Can close & contend.

Race 14: 7 Mother Superior- You don’t give $7200 for a NW1 to race here unless you think she can beat much better stock; 2 Palmach- Dug in when finally challenged Monday. Chart is correct; 1 Hula Lu- Should stalk these from the rail; 9 Michello- Stahl drives this one for his trainer.
