It's been a long time since I had such a little feel for a card. These are guesses and are provided for entertainm, ent purposes only. Anybody betting based on these gets whatever they deserve. (Which means I wil probably hit a ten-bagger) I will try to do better when the weekend returns.
Race 1: 9 Trotting Special- Faces softer & should be tighter with a start; 2 He Cantab You- Great name, 3rd back, gets a tag; 8 Maxine’s Boy Can- Not sure she can from the snowman.
Race 2: 7 Pamela Lou- Often hangs around against better, a lukewarm call; 6 Laffy Taffy- Not a fan, but she drops & they opened the class for her; 2 Yarrows Jet- Class drop helps from here.
Race 3: 1 Pegasus Maximus- Racing well and draws the minmius; 3 Maxicana- Tough break last time, major player with a flat mile; 2 Glory’s Padre- I really want to put this hors eon top but without a nickel earned last 5, I can’t.
Race 4: 2 Lima Adore- Good draw, good from, good driver; 1 Shesa Town Girl- Third back, great draw, fresh hands; 3 French Worker- Solid form, very consistent, needs to do more; 5 All About Jenny- Does some work, must sustain; Bottom of ticket
Race 5: 3 Maddie’s Magic Man- First competitive draw at this class and Stahl again; 9 Tooter Lane- Has been doing good work at the bottom, but stuck here a long time; 5 Tj’s Red Devil- Minor call to the class dropper whose current form is suspect.
Race 6: 5 A Joe- Needs to mind his manners, but class drop is huge; 8 Super Jenny- Best horse, worst post, first time Aaron; 9 He’s Fulla Chip- Class relief for the Dirty One.
Race 7: 2 Precious Lass- Has been better with Lasix and looks for two-in-a-row; 1 Hug A Day- Just missed against the pick in last; 9 Sadie Falcon- Follows these and the cover should be flat; 3 Katies Valentine- I have no idea what to do with this mare.
Race 8: 5 Fortune King- Improving, a win is a stretch, but why not? 2 Da Rooster- Moves up in 3rd back, gets Aaron, won’t be 8-1; 1 Trytopass Sam- Thinking about about comma placement.
Race 9: 3 Deacon George- Gets Stahl & had excuses lately; 5 Pacing Pepper- Moves up & may go forward for new connections; 1 C And C Hoorah- Impressive maiden win, will it translate?
Race 10: 3 One Eyed Willie- Impressive with Aaron last time; solid despite moving up; 2 Happy Hylight- Racing very well right now; 4 Free For Life- A wakeup call with the class drop last time? 6 Mack Mett- JD chose off, but may contend with Stahl in the bike.
Race 11: 7 Lotsa Help- Only question is the post and it’s an easy question based on last week; 1 Goalline Stand- Class dropper has shown little lately; 9 Chip Chip Tabu- May get up with E.D.
Race 12: 4 Genesis See Yah- Has done everything but win of late, no value; 2 Vaniscape- Racing well for Page; 5 Rich Tom Cat- A couple level starts after a good run of form, a chance.
Race 13: 1 Bahama Bomber- I have to pick somebody and he does get Aaron; 2 See Buns- Usually does at least some work; 3 Dragon Seeker- Wraps up the Lawrence Welk trifecta.
Race 14: 1 Stand Tall Mcgraw- Has ability plus a rail & barn is warming up a bit; 4 Lightiscape- Big improvement in last despite break, may be overplayed; 7 Happy Riggs- Showed some work off the barn change; 5 Rebel Zeus N- Big class drop, but no cash on his card.
