Til Tuesday

If you missed my last post, here is a simple poll: Which is more valuable to you in the past performance line?-- The comments we use ---like 1st over; 3-wide at 5/8, break cost win and so on -or- listing the horse's trainer in that space in the program? E-mail me at info@northfieldpark.com and we will draw one winner at random to win a Northfield Park cap.

Race 1: 9 Absolutely Andrea- Delaware bargain gets Aaron in first start, just a hunch here; 6 Queens Scooter- Inconsistent, but has a couple fair wins and has done work; 3 Genesis Jimmy D- Has ability, but I need to see a trip over a half before I pick a green trotter like this one on top.

Race 2: 5 Needed Vacation- On the move, but was run into in local debut; 3 Wishiwasarichgirl- Consistent and rarely errs, consider; 1 Pt Coal- Qualifier was OK; Swartz chose #5,

Race 3: 5 Boy Killer- Somebody has to win this and she at least gets class relief from her awful form; 6 Brite Time Sue- Gets Aaron, worth a shot; 3 Karrydale Charm- Speaking of awful form, this one is very suspect off her last.

Race 4: 2 Ok Spice N- Third back and a competitive draw; 1 Exotic Cardshark- Usually gets a check, maybe the rail moves her up; 5 Attack On The Town- Has done more and more work over last three; 4 Blueridge Empress- On the board in three of last four, but moves up/

Race 5: 6 Final Scorpion- Impressive qualifier, but must mind his manners, was in Opens just three back; 3 Miracle Moose- Early speed and a good draw; 4 A Joe- Good play if he stays flat.

Race 6: 5 Crazy Harold- Has done everything but win out of this class, should tonight; 1 Liquor Logic- Raced well in career debut- Upon Appeal- Form is improving and post helps a lot.

Race 7: 5 Soul Redeemer- Aaron’s choice over #1, needs to sustain his work; 4 Davey Pockett N- Only 2nd decent post locally, don’t dismiss; 7 The Big Wazzoo- Moves up, but is pretty sharp (for him); 3 Zeus’s Spirit- Gets pro driver after a series of driver qualifiers, may be ready.

Race 8: 6 Tori’s Angel- Too many questions on too many others; 1 Savage Hall- Class and post relief may be the ticket for him; 9 Willard Jr- Starts at the bottom may have him bravened up.

Race 9: 4 Iamgonnabeachyou- Impressive off the barn change and a similar mile wins this; 1 Imagine Freedom- Drops to level of her last win; 6 Rc’s Up Town Lady- 3rd back and Aaron.

Race 10: 1 Prepare To Attack- Class relief, a good draw and Aaron, go cash; 9 Intrepid Aries- Youngster steps back up & has license to improve; 6 Eagle Tack- Has been doing a bit of work, a minor factor here; 8 Gold Dust Mike- Pretty decent Q, but can he overcome the post draw?

Race 11: 2 Western Knox- Tough trip last time, but seems to have ability; 1 Pure Fantasy- Beat these at a good number last time (I warned you); 9 Doowrah’s Deal- Improving, needs to trip out.

Race 12: 4 Matt-scoot-n-bunny- Moves up, finally, but races well every time out; 7 Leroy Mot- Last trip left something to be desired; 6 Genesis See Yah- Has speed & should like short stretch.

Race 13: 6 Bucky Can’t Caddy- Tons of back class and showed just enough in the Qually for me; 2 Karrydale Intrepid- Drops below level of last win; 3 Sold American- Always does good work and will pass horses late; 4 Hoosier Tornado- Gets Deaton, but needs to step it up here.
