Ohio Lottery pick Three Trifecta Night, a few value plays and (I have a hunch) a carryover-- more on that in a day or two). Good luck, go cash and don't eat to much turkey!
Race 1: 2 Sunshine Missy- Has ability, but tends to be her own worst enemy, I sense a breakthrough tonight; 1 Great Song- Lost a photo for 2nd in last and fits well from the rail; 5 You’re My Corleone- Gets a tag first time after tiring while racing against better in last two.
Race 2: 3 Magic Dart- Had success with Aaron before, form a question; 5 Tally Ho Don- Class relief, was good 2 back, had no chance in last; 2 A Firm Kisser- Class dropper shows ok results.
Race 3: 1 Chip Chip Tabu- Gets Stahl and the best post; 2 Broad Mountain- Does decent work and draws better here; 3 Special Yankee- Always hanging around, must use in exotics.
Race 4: 4 Noble Maximus- Improving for Mapes and this feels like a value race to me; 2 Roaring River- Races well when drawing well. He does, he should; 1 Fancy Schmansy- The class but hasn’t been any good of late; 9 Shannons Boy Scout- Too far back last start, consider.
Race 5: 5 Diehl’s Deal- Rolled in last, how low will he go for new connections? 2 Golden Slippers- Consistent & has speed; 8 Mom’s A Hustler- Stahl chose off, must overcome PP#8.
Race 6: 1 Goin Home Ray- Getting better every start and gets the rail; 4 Jennys Spirit- First tag, but needs to steer here to contend; 6 Buckshot Cheney- On top with a catch driver, not Tye.
Race 7: 3 Edison Hanover- Enough back class to fill a school, tough outing against $4s; 1 Make Me Proudchico- Will be flying later and closer in early; 5 Im A Hot Sport- Should improve after getting a local start; 4 Art’s Baker- Reunited with Merriman
Race 8: 5 Lotsa Help- Gets Aaron off a solid win at the bottom; 6 Come Along Fred- Gets an aggressive river for the first time in ages, which should help; 9 Dublin Dollars- Versatile and fits.
Race 9: 5 Townline Powerful- Does little wrong in this class, ride the Townline; 2 G Rod- Also very sharp, but a step slower than the pick; 9 Free For Life- Moves up and loves this track.
Race 10: 3 Key Western- Back class and has proven he can contend, if not win, here; 9 Go Bogart- Another legit one in this class; 7 White River Eagle- Not as effective from outside as inside; 2 Royal Nation- Probably needs a local start, but appears able to contend with these.
Race 11: 4 Seaworthy- Wins one of every sic starts, many with Aaron in the bike; 2 Air Louie- Snowman cost him last start; 9 Peggy Spur- Returning to form and should finish the ticket.
Race 12: 2 Winbak Len- Qualified well and may upset for Raber; 1 Dalcroft Toby- Fresh horse has the rail, but is 0-fer-’09; 5 Canaco Kubota- Came up short last time, this time to, I think.
Race 13: 2 Capricious Art- Class relief despite great form. A warning or an angle? 9 Medoland Carter- Fits here if flat; 1 Look Both Ways- Moves up off a comfortable win; 3 Johnnyisajohnny- 2nd start back and contended against similar before the time off.
Happy Thanksgiving! See you Saturday for the Cleveland Classic! -Giss-
