Saturday In The Park

WARNING DANGER-- I ORIGINALLY POSTED THE LAST FEW RACES INCORRECTLY!! SKIPPED A RACE NUMBER-- THAT HAS BEEN CORRECTED. SORRY!!

The weather will make it feel like the 4th of July and there should be some very fast miles. Unfortunately, I do not see a lot of value, although faves are suspect in both features. Hope for a P4 or P5 carryover to give us a chance to play some dcent tickets. Good luck!

Race 1: 1 Michael C Hanover- Will the former $3 claimer really be Tony Hall’s only drive? Stay tuned; 2 Noble Cruiser- Seems to me the Sagamore Series should be here, no chance in final; 5 Category Six- Rarely races poorly, rarely wins, at least lately.

Race 2: 4 Pick Me A Rose- Here I go again, picking Henry over the stakes horses; 1 Weedly- OK qualifier, little else, except breeding; 3 Lisa’s Mom- Stahl’s choice over #1 may need a start.

Race 3: 2 Lucca’s Revenge- Not in great form, but a solid draw here; 3 Stonebridge Romeo- Moves up but is ultra-sharp; 5 Hello Carlo- Should be rolling late, no chance in last from pp8.

Race 4: 6 Colossal Sahbra- Form is suspect, but so is the competition, below level of last win; 5 Game Sophie- Another class dropper fits here; 2 Jenna’s On Jodi- Racing well with Charlino piloting; 3 Treasure Island- Improved with needed local start and could be better than 4th here.

Race 5: 1 Soul Redeemer- Drops to level of last win, should cruise at no value-1; 5 Liftoff Bayama- Very competitive at this level, doesn’t win much; 2 Go Bogart- Which one shows up?

Race 6: 2 Fox Valley Flyby- Class relief and was credible in local debut; 5 Elm Grove Gerson- Used hard for position early last time, need better trip; 3 Up Front Hanover- No tag tonight, Renae will have to wait until next week.

Race 7: 2 R Cowboy- Classy old guy has done everything BUT win lately; 3 Chippendale Dancer- Looks to be a cold exacta box; 6 Yankee Coburn- Could be anything for the new barn, McKirgan a plus; 4 Conductors Timeout- Streaky and the last few have not been very good.

Race 8: 1 Painted Speed- Was huge in last from outside, should roll; 6 Eagle Tack- Shocker in last, waking up, perhaps; 5 The Long Goodbye- Consistent and fits well with these.

Race 9: 4 Contradiction- Has raced well since the claim and can control these; 2 Elektrafreak- Not winning, but how can you leave her off the ticket, Trackman? 1 Bacon Hill Bob- closer fits.

Race 10: 9 Itza Goozi Girl- Drops to level of her last win, not sure she can overcome the 2nd tier; 4 Diana Court- Value play will be on the ticket if she gets the front; 3 Dessies Girl- Was short in last off the scratch; 8 Rhiannon O Rhye- Aaron picked over the 2 and 3, but from the snowman?

Race 11: 5 Mr Cadillac- Drops out of Opens, but this group is pretty good; 2 Whos Yur Daddy Now- Knipper batting .416 and even higher for the Williams; 1 Osborne’s Bullet- Toss his last, fits well with these.

Race 12: 1 Green Acre Pill- Drops to bottom and gets a good post draw; 3 Chief Connection- Credible in debut for JD; 2 Jaccka Midnight N- Horrible draws make it hard to get a clear picture.

Race 13: 5 Jts Shadow- Big class relief and has done some work; 3 David Erol- Drops to level of his last win; 2 Southwind Menlo- Awful in last two, can he rebound?

Race 14: 3 Survivor I Am - Lukewarm choice in a soft group; 5 Vale Breeze- Seems to be improving; 5 Sophia- Gets Aaron; 2 Swift Samantha- Had excuses…until the last one.
