Wednesday Whiles

This looks like a card that has a lot of opportunity for value, but also some good races for trip handicappers. I may just take a ride out if I get the rest of my work done. Good Luck.

Race 1: 4 Cold Splash- Gets class relief and has shown some competitive lines; 5 Wild Nordic- Shows good lines against better, too; 1 Mulebarn Bob- Needs the front and may get it with a Noble rail effort,

Race 2: 3 Fast And Fearless- Does work & experience counts in this case; 6 Miss Tilly- Monstrous recovery after the break, but these won’t go 2:09; 2 Bigwig- Good in Q, but how much can he go?

Race 3: 6 Fessup Fred- The class of the field, despite borderline current form; 7 R U A Looker- Post and breaks make him iffy; 2 Coriander Please- May continue his solid lines for Henry.

Race 4: 4 Forever Friendly- The new condition sheet is friendly to him; 2 Rapid Pursuit- Gets Stahl and a good draw, may surprise; 1 Doowrah’s Trifold- Another chance from the rail off a flat effort; 3 Up Front Carl- Rarely fires, but can light it up when he does.

Race 5: 1 Pro Vision- Results are not indicative of his recent efforts; 7 Conway Maid- Monstrous class relief after a couple modest closes; 6 Cat’s Run- Another big class dropper with moderate work habits.

Race 6: 6 G Rod- The only speed in this heat, he may last; 1 Soul Redeemer- Has back class and always races well from the rail; 3 Foo Too-Drops back to his best level and should contend.

Race 7: 1 Towner’s Big Sadie- Different mare when inside, no chance last week from the snowman; 6 Electric Highlight- Highest earnings last 6, but no wins in 8, so she’s in; 5 Red River Maiden- Just a hunch; 4 Moira’s Intended- Can Noble be a difference maker?

Race 8: 7 American Grace K- Improving and not feeling it from the others; 4 Forevervictorious- Does work, but time off is a concern; 1 Dublin Dollars- They opened it up for him AND he got the rail.

Race 9: 4 Lucca’s Revenge- Go to the front and improve your position from there; 1 Blade- decent form and has been racing; 3 High Sonyador- Good form, but may need a start or two.

Race 10: 2 Pembroke Touch- 4 of last 6 on the board, but no wins last 8, huge edge; 4 Goodbye Mr Yankee- Needs a better trip, but fits well with these; 9 Western Eddie- May improve with Sugg; 1 Toronado Mindale- Gets class relied and the rail,
but not wild about his form.

Race 11: 3 China Fame- Gotta love the Eligible at time of Entry angle here; 1 Packet Fulla Stars- Good effort in his return home, can win it; 2 Filou Dream- Moves up, while the top picks move down.

Race 12: 3 Magnificent Gift- Class relief and a strong hunch play here; 1 Western Jack- Like the Karcher-Sugg combo; 2 Zeus’s Spirit- Needs 7 ½ furlong affair from the looks of things.

Race 13: 4 Sparks Of Gold- Wins the $2500 claimer with class sort-of class relief off a win; 2 Pan Au Chocolat- I have a hunch someone is writing a check; 7 Gold Fever- Another one “dropping” off a win; 1 Silent Bid- Class relief and the rail after a few credible efforts against better.
