Wednesday wonderings

There are either some very bad morning lines on this card or I am seeing some really good value angles. Very interested to see how it all plays out. Good luck!


Race 1: 4 Abba Zabra- Most consistent of these and gets a slight call; 7 Sturgeon- Barn has cooled off, but the Q was solid; 3 American Grace K- May be able to Ty one on.

Race 2: 1 Native Fate- Noble’s choice gets his best draw in months; 2 Rounding Third- If ever learns to steer he will be really dangerous; 6 Princess Jay- Always does work, must sustain it.

Race 3: 9 Cranberry’s Keeper- Flat mile may give us value in a competitive group; 8 R U A Looker- Nearly got it done from the seven off a Q, and can be more aggressive in this one; 5 Pro Vision- Trip didn’t work out last week, perhaps due to the Giss of Death.

Race 4: 3 Artistic Dreamer- Class dropper is the fastest of thee, but doesn’t always fire; 1 Blue My Mind- In as cheap as he has been in ages, but he’s not a “lox.” 2 Cousin Mikey- Fresh hands and decent form; 8 Showcase Me Big Slick- He’s the question mark, is he ready.

Race 5: 4 Lucca’s Revenge- Will be on the point & may last with a breather; 5 Actions By Chip- Racing great with Deaton; 1 Km Dream Kat- Can contend from rail if he’s not jammed up.

Race 6: 2 Zeus’s Spirit- If that was a mild-bid, I weigh 185. Was HUGE in last; 4 Jd’s Houdini- On the ticket, not a winner; 1 Oh My Sam- May be ready off the freshening and decent qually.

Race 7: 1 Noble Thought- Beat lesser last time Stahl drove him; 3 The Big Wazzoo- Always hangs around and may be overlooked; 2 Chris Lee- Time off a concern, but was racing well late last year; 6 Foo Too- Moves up, but may find a way for a small piece of this.

Race 8: 9 Lw Jaynie Flyer- Raced well against better in last and we get a 3rd back angle; 4 Final Scorpion- All distaff driver exacta? Could be; 2 Dunkster- Scratches and all, he’s still Dunkster.

Race 9: 3 Wildridge Star- Too many questions the others, decent form; 2 Bahama Bomber- One more chance at this level; 4 Slick Sport- Just a hunch he’s sharp off the long break.

Race 10: 6 Glasgow Gamer- Class relief and Stahl put him in the winners circle; 1 Balin Hanover- Rarely draws inside, races well when he does; 3 Red Star Buck- One move horse must make it at the right time; 5 Red Heads Star- Benefited from a ridiculous 1st lap, no value.

Race 11: 5 Rose Run Luther- Looked much handier in an impressive win; 3 Mr Sam- Last raced poorly, well, I can’t remember; 2 Philly B Leebrook- Her best local draw, must use in exotics.

Race 12: 2 Free For Life- Cruises with an effort similar to last week; 6 Lucky Enough- Noble chose over #1/5; 1 Bacon Hill Bandit- Back class and previous success here, another chance;

Race 13: 4 Goodbye Mr Yankee- Decent form and fresh hands in Noble; 1 Liftoff Bayama- Seems to have found his best level, rail helps; 5 Shady Sequel- Getting sharper, consider; 9 Richnwandaful- Maybe he won’t Stahl with Ryan.
