Race 1: 4 Mr Fenton- Doesn’t have to win, but he should; 7 Lucky For Us- Shows a few competitive lines; 1 Miss Kate Lane- Showed a bit of speed with only other inside draw.
Race 2: 6 Future Tag- Racing well & just needs a flat mile here; 1 Victory Lee- Will be overbet with Hall & may not be fast enough; 4 Lima Judgement- Comes off a good Q, needs to stay flat.
Race 3: 6 I Believe Hoye- Best draw of the better horses, big effort in last; 4 Justin’s Legacy- Monster mile in Ashtabula, will it translate to raceway? 8 Soaring Cloud- Best horse, worst post.
Race 4: Ballad Seelster- Doing good work for Charlino and should be solid; 9 Molly Ref- Has the best form of these, but not a good draw; 5 Precious Lass- Shows little, first-time Tony Hall; 1 Jet Packed Kitten- May purr along better from the rail for J.D.
Race 5: 9 Date Worthy- Faces an exceptionally soft group for this class; 2 Mary My King- Moves up but form is improving; 1 Mystical Ways- May be good from rail, but must steer better.
Race 6: 9 Ohoka Dale N- Fresh, gets Hall, woke up in Urbana, probably no value, though; 23 Powerful Cam- Class dropper draws well and can contend; 4 Canaco Kubota- Closed a bit last time for Cassidy and may be better.
Race 7: 2 Green Acre Pill- Does work, draws well and gets T Hall, must sustain; 3 Jakey Boy- First time Charlino may step him up even more; 7 He’s All Art- Class relief off a wretched trip last time; 9 Standin On A Beach- Form is good and his win here three back marks him a contender.
Race 8: 6 Extravagant Manner- Racing well & appears the best on paper; 2 Rose Run Freddie- Needs to trip out here, but should save ground inside; 9 Chip Chip Tabu- Beat similar 3 back.
Race 9: 9 Bb Bunny Bell- Has a monster closing kick and Dan C will get him in gear; 3 Happy Cam- Buff-Batavia invaders usually need a start here, but this one figures; 6 Secret Art- Can close into this one with the right trip.
Race 10: 1 Shouldabeendead Ed- Form is suspect, Otto-Charlino angle isn’t (Dan jumped off 7/8 listed to drive; 2 Dragon Fires K- Robin actually chose him over my pick; 8 Blueridge Magdalen- Racing like a monster but no Dan + a snowman; Roman Knows Best- Fits well here.
Race 11: 3 Try To Relax- Wins easily if he does, despite the move up; 9 Class Action N- Big closing move in last, this may set up for him; 4 Super Jenny- Cruised at the bottom, double jump.
Race 12: 5 Sabastin Seacrest- Looked like a different horse last start, different pilot here won’t matter; 1 Madges Jackpot- Charlino’s choice over 2 & 9; 3 Yana Returns- Usually does moderate work and hangs around for a decent result.
Race 13: 3 Show Me Big Slick- Tons of back class; ignore Wellington line; 6 Stand Tall Mcgraw- Three wins in last five may allow him to compete at the higher level; 5 Break The Bank- Has been solid since coming to Route 8 oval; 2 Dd Cam Ram- Races best for Charlino.
