Friday March 5 as we return from vacation

As an FYI, that is wind burn, not sunburn after a week ofd soccer in Texas. Got to see some great HS girls teams play, spent time with some great coaches and learned a bit at the US Youth Soccer Workshop. BUT watching an HS Tripleheader in 28 degree weather is not pleasant. Good to be back-- sometimes a bit of time away from reading the form can help, so hopefully we have some angles for you.

Pick 5 carryover is overt $1600, so I will take a shot at it. Play 6/2356/126/35/19= $48.

Race 1: 3 Date Worthy- 1st time Charlino, a decent draw and they opened the class for her in a weak field; 1 Mom’s A Hustler- Drops to level of last win 6 back, but I am not convinced; 6 I Da Girl- Also gets in as a NW$1500L6, needs to sustain her work.

Race 2: 1 Silvers Luck- All Charlino all the time, laddies; 3 Race On Wonder- Doing good work, but Dan C, chose off; 6 Kimi’s Little Wing- This is not her best class, but can contend.

Race 3: 6 Shelbys Muneymaker- Super sharp despite the barn change; 1 Fun For Eva Mo- Has been doing good work and gets a rail tonight; 5 Ms Antsy Pants- Very consistent mare.

Race 4: 6 Emma Rose Ben- Charlino chose this won over the 5-2 ML horse; 3 Cimarron Strip- Moves up in outstanding form, right coach? 2 Wildfire Osborne- A major player with this draw, could easily win; 5 Shell I Attack- Gets JD with Dan C off and has class, but….

Race 5: 6 Scooters Clan- Back at a good level off a very tough trip; 2 Surf Song- Inconsistent, but is legit at this level; 1 Briley Shea- Lukewarm call from the rail & with Page choosing over #4.

Race 6: 5 Fantastic Fran- Beat these off the move up with no trouble at all; 1 Bullys Joni- Consistent and may go forward for her new connections; 3 Stox Up Bluegrass- In a bit too tough last time, definitely a contender here.

Race 7: 1 Polo Aub- Slight call in a well-matched field with the rail & a good effort from snowman in last; 9 Tucson Lace- Rarely wins, but form is good; 5 Fire Me- Post is always the issue with her; 3 Deena- Flew late in last and can compete with another Swift effort.

Race 8: 3 Alouette- Drops below the level of her last win and a 1st-time driver angle (wink, wink); 4 Back Home Again- Drops to level of her last win, but recent form is awful; 1 Belladonna Cam- Usually does work.

Race 9: 2 Ritzy Rip- Should be solid with these, especially with Stahl; 1 Cee Cee Comer- Needs to trot whole mile for Quebec connections; 9 Peggy Spur- Will need a chance of strategy tonight.

Race 10: 3 Dynastar- The class of this field despite a bad result last week; 2 Jenabell- Has been flying late, will she be in striking range? 6 Triple T Ladonna- Eligible at time of entry off two good efforts, 10-1 ML? 5 Blueridge Empress- Consistent, but a step slower than the top few.

Race 11: 3 I Dream Of Kara- Benefited from last week’s fractions, but is still a factor; 2 Weekie Wachie- Has some back class, but must finish stronger; 1 Shady Attack- Minor chance from rail.

Race 12: 2 Paint Wheel- Has found her form again over the last couple months; 1 Doni’s Bunny- Also in very good form; 5 Blueridge Flirting- Two wins in last three make her a player.

Race 13: 5 Cruizin At Dawn- I feel this is a value race, just a hunch; 1 Mommas Gone Cruizin- Yankee Cruiser exacta? 4 River Chance- Drops below level of last win but has made $0 in last 5.

Race 14: 2 Ellen’s Jackpot- First time Aaron at the bottom may get her home; 1 Jo-ju-jan- Will go forward from rail for Dan C, but current form is poor; 5 Zim And Torre- Usually does a little bit of work; 3 Chocolate Fudge- A bit fresher than the rest.
