Tuesday tips

An interesting card, with some young horses who may step up big time. Or maybe not. I will be on the air with my picks and (as always this time of year) weather could be a factor, so listen carefully. Good luck!

Race 1: 6 Stage Door Johnny- Solid qually, could score in career debut…at 5; 3 Chili Chonga- Has done work of late and is in cheap; 9 Rose Run Ichabod- Class dropper has followed faster.

Race 2: 7 Jan Jet- Racing very well and may overcome the draw; 9 Tracking Dragons- Good effort in last, but trainer drives tonight; 6 Sassy Susie- Needed a local start, consider with Stahl.

Race 3: 9 Ginny Ann Tonik- Class relief gives her a lukewarm call here, not wild about the 2nd tier; 1 B B Balanced Babe- Can stalk, especially from the rail; 6 Mom’s A Hustler- Has faced much better since winning out of conditioned claimers.

Race 4: 2 Ok Spice N- Will have to do more than last time, but figures with Aaron; 3 Flyin’ Away- Needs to do more work as well; 9 Clarksville Jazz- Has done work in three of last four, could upset; 1 Zim And Torre- Moves up but gets the rail for Page.

Race 5: 2 Happy Occasion- Class relief and best post draw in two months is enough for me; 4 Sassy Tempest- Sucked along last time, my dad had a temperamental Pontiac once (obscure reference of the night); 1 Lady Louise- Wont be parked to the half from here.

Race 6: 3 Awsome Andrea- May be the best bet of the night, should roll; 6 Bette Lavec- Swift turns to Page, worth a Bette; 5 Done It All- Solid performer at this level, must use in exotics.

Race 7: 2 Wow Power- Third back and a better post draw gets him closer earlier; 1 Northern Smoke Out- Closed a bit in return to racing, consider; 9 Gina Marie P- Very inconsistent, but contends with her best; 6 Big Bad Tj- Has been facing more experienced horses, may improve.

Race 8: 5 Triple T Ladonna- always does work but may be overbet; 2 Tallydega- Bad racing luck last time, her 1st with a tag; 6 Candy Apple Miss- Big mile in last after a couple flat efforts.

Race 9: 1 My Casanova- Stahl chose this one over the ML choice and 3rd choice which tells us something; 4 Panti-apartheid- Inconsistent lately, but should contend with these; 2 Dream Sunrise- The Swartz is with him and he has usually raced well from inside.

Race 10: 1 Eww That Smell- Moves up but has finally figured it all out; 2 Shannons Boy Scout- Fits this level well and will fly at some point; 4 Up Front Andre- Broke through in last but may have issues at this level; 9 Yiannoulas Boy- Probably needs a local start but can be on ticket.

Race 11: 6 Rinestone Coddie- Gets Aaron & a class where she’s usually competitive; 1 Tucson Lace- Has done moderate work lately, rarely wins; 3 Desert Bunny- Moves up off good efforts.

Race 12: 2 Lashas Last- Racing as well as he has in years; 4 Ideal Ticket- Would like to see him closer up early on; 3 Warrior Lee- Raced well for Kurt in last, 1 of 42 last year, though.

Race 13: 6 Forthoseabouttorok- Drops to the bottom and appears best; 3 Stand Tall Mcgraw- Has some back class, but recent form is suspect; 2 Yana Returns- Has been stuck in the class a bit too long for my liking; 5 Good Goalie- Did some work in return, but Page chose off.
