Wild (and maybe Wet) Wednesday

Wednesday pools are starting to pick up a bit-- but still value to be found. Good luck!

Race 1: 4 Diehl’s Deal- First time Ehrhardt on a cheap trotter is money in the bank…maybe 1-2 money, but money, nonetheless; 3 Sheshemipowered- Can be her own worst enemy, fits if she trots; Good Looks Express- Seems to have some ability.

Race 2: 1 Western Eddie- Gets rail after a little hangover from a sick scratch; 2 Deacon Larick- Could be anything coming in from Indy; 7 Athletic Al- Ryan change might get a result change.

Race 3: 2 Tricky Game- John G. calls on Stahl, that’s a tell; 5 Red Radar Gun- Big-time class relief for Myrick; 1 Special Yankee- Was decent against these last time.

Race 4: 4 Nukes Fortunateson- 2nd start Lasix and stays in nw$600 off an improved effort; 1 Spyware- Tough trip last time, could improve; 7 M G Éclair- Showed he fits in his local debut, post a question; 5 Tanner Monroe- Another kid in the Hall.

Race 5: 6 Mom’s A Hustler- Gets Stahl & a tag off 2 flat efforts, consider; 9 Sisternevertrails- Racing very well, but makes a mistake leaving now and then; 2 Oh Joy- Always hangs around.

Race 6: 8 Honorable Guy- Snowman may not affect him much, very sharp; 5 Over’s Swiss Lad- Old guy fits well here; 3 Call me Merkle- Always does work, just not always at right time.

Race 7: 1 Dalcroft Tony- Raced very well in return and has speed from the rail; 3 Ohio Star- No chance in last two with bad draws; 5 Royal Tattler- Gets along well with Mapes; 2 Party Boat- Just a hunch, current forum is suspect.

Race 8: 2 Free For Life- Wengerd has success with this one when he bought him, now he catch-drives, should roll on Lasix; 3 Johnnyisajohnny- May need a start or two, but was sharp prior to layoff; 4 Medoland Carter- Racing at the right level to compete.

Race 9: 2 Peggy Spur- Lukewarm call in here; 1 Valentino’s Peace- 1st-up in last had no chance, a better trip …would love to get ML; 9 Fortune King- Must use on the ticket, not on top.

Race 10: 9 Edison Hanover- Dominated lesser like a 49 pacer should, class continues to show; 2 Slide Lock- Credible in first start for new barn out of the snowman; 6 Polo Joe- Consistent and very professional horse; 1 Brother Bud- Gets Lasix, the rail and a new driver.

Race 11: 4 Well Bet- As cheap as he has raced in a long time, easy winner; 9 Timjon- Rapidly improving, but a conditioned claimer in against an open pacer; 1 Blue Rock Joe- Can use the rail to his advantage in this one.

Race 12: 3 Look Both Ways- Faces lesser but hasn’t been racing that badly; 4 See Buns- Improving and nose on the gate; 9 Uphill Battle- On the ticket on memories alone.

Race 13: 2 Take Down Hall- Gets Page & a good draw against an iffy group of threes; 8 Make Me Proudchico- Love the horse, hate the post, gets my call from 6 or in; 4 Im A Hot Sport- Shows one good recent line, enough to put him on ticket; 3 Fortune Ho- May need a local start.
