Tuesday picks

Make sure to watch/listen closely to my on-air picks- did not spend as much time on these as usual-- will review them on the bus today as the Orange Lady Lions Soccer team heads to Salem for a District Semi-final match...90 minute ride, so I may make some changes. Good luck, regardless.

Race 1: 4 Toy Boy – Back in for as tag, where he does enough work to beat these; 3 Tommy’s Chip Shot- Better with hopples, consider; 8 Helookslikeahummer- Good last quarter in Q, but is saddled with the snowman for Headworth.

Race 2: 2 Special Favor- Less baggage than the others, the call; 3 Sp Starbright- Very consistent, but hasn’t show quite enough to put on top; 6 Sand Soleil- Improving, consider.

Race 3: 9 Willard Jr- Has had some success here before and is in a good trot barn; 5 Lo And Behold- Likely fave gets class drop but has shown little; 1 Dees Bomber- A danger from the rail.

Race 4: 4 Helloimjohnnykash- Impressive qualifier, but an awful long layoff, a question mark; 1 Sand Honors- 3rd back, draws well, does work; 3 Inquisitive Me- Post is key, but needs to finish strong; 7 Travel Bug N- Post an issue but contended at this class in last.

Race 5: 3 Crazy Harold- I marked this winner with a purple crayon; 9 Screamin Believer- Always credible, send tier the issue; 5 Western Knox- Just learning and qualifier was okay.

Race 6: 1 What I Say- Class relief off a win and the rail, jogburger; 4 High Esteem- Has not lived up to his name or connections’ high hopes; 5 Golden Slippers- Must use in exotics, not on top.

Race 7: 4 Homer Simpson- Moves up into a suspect group in okay form; 1 Red Cloud Rising N- Not showing much work in his fast miles; 5 Buckeye Blizzard- Shows good work in two tries at this level, needs to finish; 9 Jack’s A Cruisin- Impressive win in last, but gets a 2nd tier draw.

Race 8: 4 Lima Honor- Have always liked this one, may break through with Josh; 3 Wyndridge Leo- A hunch that he will be better; 2 Heza Native Winner- Should be on the engine here.

Race 9: 3 Three Good Fellows- Better with straps and overdue; 9 Go To Jo- May need a start here, but could be anything; 1 Canaco Olymed- Would top my ticket if not for sick scratch.

Race 10: 4 Black Oliver- Has a good brush, needs to use it at the right time; 9 Beach Boy Blues- Always does work and is solid in this class; 1 Cg’s Wonder- Gets class relief, but has seen some rough trips lately; 2 Ira’s Sunny Guy- Has been facing better.

Race 11: 1 Doowrah’s Trifold- The rail gives him a slight call in a competitive group; 5 Rudy- Figures well in first try with Mapes; 3 Pure Fantasy- Consistent and faced better in local debut.

Race 12: 6 Rella’s Trick- Big time class dropper gets the edge; 4 Linns Dream- Not sure what was bothering him, but with his speed will contend if flat; 5 Oneforthepresident- Inconsistent lately, but has tons of back class.

Race 13: 1 Cruisin Sam- Gets the rail and has better gate speed than his recent form shows; 9 Ohio Star- Should get a good trip behind my choice; 4 Towner’s Bell- Have always liked him.

Race 14: 6 Astroflight- He is 0-27 this year, but has ability; 5 Water Twice- Sometimes does work; 2 Pentium Chip- Has been stuck here for too long; 1 Tucson Pal- 2nd start back and gets the rail.
