I may reconsider these picks after figuring out the weather report. Can't decide weather to trust Betsy or Tanchak. Good luck.

Race 1: 1 Sandblast- No idea if he’s any good, but combo of class drop, Matt K & the rail get a win here; 2 Royal Sugar- Hangs around & draws well; 7 Incredibly Fast- Barn change a factor.

Race 2: 1 Autumn’s Katy K- Gets big class relief and first tag; 6 Cold Kiss- Class dropper gets big driver upgrade; 2 Queen’s Scooter- Good at this level here two back, consider.

Race 3: 2 Paintedfrom Memory- Nice qualifier for first-time starter with no baggage; 4 Golden Slippers- Does work but is 0-17 this year; 9 Ms P M Improving. May the Swartz be with you.

Race 4: 3 Gilligan’s Island- Could beat this with Stahl as the skipper; 1 Magic Manner-Fresh horse angle plus the rail; 2 Engine Hanover- Competes and gets Matt K., but is 0-30 in ’09; 5 Dickie Tad- Comes in from a viable county fair campaign.

Race 5: 6 Salute To Vicotry- Risky. Wins or breaks, no middle ground, but fast; 9 Super Jenny- Will close & is the sort to pick up the pieces; 5 Pro Vision- Contends, but I don’t see him winning.

Race 6: 5 Sam’s Honeybee- The other main contenders draw poorly; 7 Lilly’s Itt- Green and could improve at any time; 8 Victory Princess- probably the best, but a horrible draw for her.

Race 7: 5 Swift Samantha- Rounding into a bit of form; 4 Game Sophie- Has raced decently for Stahl before; 2 Pat’s Fantasy- Monster effort after the break, may need a safe (and flat) trip here; 7 Gelika Ann- Was awful in last start and is unplayable as the likely favorite.

Race 8: 5 Sassy L Lynn- Well classified by crafty Headworth; 3 Buckshot Cheyney- Has faced better & Tye could break through here; 1 Dragoninthekash- Closer, rail may get him closer.

Race 9: 5 Oneforthemaster- Huge effort after the break, risky but worth it, methinks; 3 Charming Comer- As consistent as you could ask for, especially with the good draw; 4 Son Of A Spur- Appears competitive on paper, but Elliott chose off.

Race 10: 1 Go Bogart- Big time class relief and is always better from the rail; 2 Whiteascanbe- Major player off that last local start; 9- Homer Simpson- Good trip behind the top two? Doh; Fancy Schmansy- In soft, but questions abound.

Race 11: 3 I Am Blue- Will be better with a local start under his belt, professional plater; 1 Brynee’s Lot N- Suffering from seconditis; 8 Art’s Baker- Ryan chose over 5 & 9, worth a look.

Race 12: 5 Sj’s Manawa Sam- No idea of his upside, but has been impressive; 3 Samsawinner- 59.4 at Knox County?!? Wow; 7 Mystic Soulmate- Very solid but must overcome the post.

Race 13: 4 Rudy- Matt chose over the 5, who was my initial pick; 5 Stormy Kalfas- Impressive local debut, maybe the move up spooked Kakaley; 2 Skyway Corky- Ha been going forward with Elliott conditioning locally.

Race 14: 2 Standin On A Beach- Has a chance from the two hole; 1 See Buns- Has speed, but rarely lasts; 3 Swing Plane- Best post in a month and a half, on the ticket; 6 Roaring River- Should like the smaller track.
